In order to run the ready-made robot, the user must log in to ROBIN Player Enterprise under his or her own account. A user with the "Robin Player User" role can log in to the application. For more information on logging in, see the page: Authentication and authorization in the ROBIN Studio and ROBIN Robot applications
The robots will start after a reboot of the machine (regular or non-standard). You can verify that the Agent has started by moving the cursor over the Agent Connection Status Indicator. If the Agent Connection Status Indicator is green, the "Agent is connected to the Orchestrator" prompt pops up.
If the Agent Connection Status Indicator is red, the "Agent is not connected to the Orchestrator" prompt pops up.
If the Agent Connection status indicator is yellow, the Agent is restarted.
In order to start the Agent, it is recommended to run Kill.Robin.Agent.exe and then Robin.Agent.exe, which are located at the C:\Users\Lola Ismaili\AppData\Local\Programs\Robin Platform\2.0.0\Agent link.
The location of ROBIN Studio and ROBIN Robot will depend on the installation mode:
Installation mode | Desktop icon view | Path to the directory where the programs are located |
Installation «for all» (the labels will have the name All users) | С:/Program Files/Robin Platform/2.0.0/Agent/ | |
Installation «for current user only» (the labels will have the name Current user) | %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Programs/Robin Platform/2.0.0/Agent |
It is necessary to make sure that the Robot Player application is running - the application icon should be present in the notification area.
To launch a ready-made robot (a file with the extension «.robin-robot»), you need to perform a number of actions.
The main tabbed window will open on the desktop:
