Example of use

Task

Save the selected messages from the Outlook mailbox to a desired folder on the PC.

Solution

Use the "Terminate", "Run", "Select message", "Save messages" actions. 

Implementation

  1. Assemble a robot scheme with the actions.
  2. Set the "Terminate" action parameters (if Outlook is already running, the second instance will not open).
  3. Set the "Run" action parameters.
  4. Set the "Select message" action parameters
  5. Set the "Save messages" action parameters. 
  6. Click "Start" in the top panel.

Result

The program robot completed successfully. The desired messages were saved to the folder.

This folder has a separate file with the msg extension for each email with a name from its subject and date.
