ROBIN Studio

• The process of authorization in the application has been changed. When working with the new version of the orchestrator (with web interface), the application login window redirects to the browser window. After authorization in the browser, an automatic login to the studio with the entered data will be performed.
• The form of publishing robots and projects when working with the new version of the orchestrator (with web-interface) has been changed:
  • Added "Publish to current tenant group" checkbox, allowing you to specify how to publish the project/robot - to a specific group or to the common tenant space.
  • Added "Group" dropdown list. The group list is loaded from the groups available to the user, configured in the Orchestrator interface.

Please note! 

The user can see and open in the studio only those robot projects to which he/she has access, i.e. those that are added to the user's tenant and project groups available to him/her. Access is configured in the web interface of the platform (tab "Access control").

ROBIN Robot

The authorization process in the ROBIN Player application has been changed. When working with the new version of the orchestrator (with web interface), the application login window redirects to the browser window. After authorization in the browser, you will be automatically logged into Player with the entered data

Please note!

The user can see and launch only those robots to which he has access, i.e. those added to the user's tenant and robot groups available to him. Access is configured in the web interface of the platform (tab "Access control").

"Orchestrator" action group 

Finalized actions with resource queues, updated names and descriptions of actions, names and descriptions of some parameters for better perception: 

• "Create resource", the old name was "Add element"
• "Delete resource", the old name was "Delete element"
• "Finich resource processing", the old name was " Finish element processing"
• Get resource by condition", the old name was "Get element by condition"
• "Get resource by ID", the old name was "Get element by ID"
• "Get collection of resources", the old name was "Get collection of elements"
• "Unlock resource", the old name was "Unlock element"
• "Edit resource", the old name was "Update element".

Please note!

New versions of actions work only with the new version of Orchestrator (with the web interface). To work with the previous version (with the desktop application), you should use previous versions of actions.

Known issues:

• The "Refresh cache" function does not work in Studio when connecting to the web orchestrator - the list of groups and actions is not updated to match those available on the server. A fix is planned in the next release of the orchestrator.
