"Deleted screen forms" page
The "Deleted screen forms" page displays a list of screen forms deleted by the user for one reason or another. On this page, the user has the option to restore the screen form if the deletion was erroneous. Deleted screen forms are stored for 30 days, after which they are irrevocably deleted.

Search bar
The "Search" button is required to search the list of deleted screen forms.
The main field of the page is a table with the following columns:

Using the "Columns" dropdown list it is possible to select the columns displayed in the table from the available columns, while the "Screen form" column is always displayed. There is also sorting of columns.
In addition, each line with a deleted screen form has a "Restore" function button 
that allows you to restore a previously deleted screen form and display it on the "My screen forms" tab and a "Delete" function button 
to delete the screen form from the system.
