To automate the end-to-end business workflow, functionality is implemented that allows to combine ready-made assistants, AI communication interfaces, and other tools into a single algorithm. Also, human activities, along with digital assistants, can be included in such an automated end-to-end workflow. The component responsible for this functionality is ROBIN Process.

This is a web-based workflow constructor designed for assembling workflows from ready-made digital assistants and other components, as well as tasks to be performed by a human. Workflow assembly is performed in No-Code mode, in familiar flowchart notations. Workflows ready for use are published on Orchestrator, and become available for their launch and exploitation by users.
A key differentiator from similar systems on the market is the ability to include human employees in such end-to-end workflows alongside digital assistants as full-fledged participants who must do their part in the workflow. For this purpose, customizable screen forms and built-in mechanisms for controlling workflow execution are used.

Conditional transitions on different branches of the workflow can be implemented during the workflow. The logic of decision making of the workflow can be implemented on the basis of AI.
Screen forms are used for dialog between digital assistants and humans during the execution of an automated workflow. The output of the form to the user's screen is customized when human participation is required during the workflow, or when an employee needs to perform and submit a part of work to the workflow. Ready screen forms are published on Orchestrator and are available in the Workflow constructor to add them to the planned workflows.
