The Workflow Constructor module is a visual design environment where the user creates workflows in the form of flowcharts that consist of user-defined and robotic tasks.

The Workflow Constructor module is available to users with the Workflow Designer role.

When clicking on Workflow Constructor in the side menu, the names of 3 pages are displayed - Drafts, Published, Deleted:

• The Drafts module displays a list of draft workflows that the User under the Workflow Designer role is working on
• The Published module displays a list of published draft workflows that users can use
• The Deleted module displays a list of draft workflows that have been deleted by the user and can be restored if necessary.

When hovering over the page names, a gray marker appears.

Selecting and entering pages is done by clicking on the selected page. The name of the selected page is highlighted and the marker changes color to red. 

The functionality of the Workflow Designer module is as follows:

on the Drafts page -

• creating a workflow project
• viewing a list of all workflow projects
• editing the workflow project layout
• publishing a workflow project 
• deleting a workflow project

you can also copy and view the workflow project parameters on the Published page and restore a deleted workflow project on the Deleted page.
