Workflow Administrator - a workflow participant (an employee of the enterprise) who has the rights to control and manage workflows, instances and has the ability to control the execution of any Task of any workflow. 

The following GUI pages will be displayed for the Workflow Administrator role:

1. Workflows page - contains a list of all workflows available for the user to work with.
2. Instances page - displays information about started and terminated instances of workflows.
3. Tasks page - provides working with user tasks (Active, Completed).
4. Workflow archive page - contains the list of workflows moved to the archive.
