Workflows page

When you select the Workflows page for the Workflow Administrator role in the Activities block, the list of workflows available to the user will be displayed.

The Workflows page for the Workflow Administrator role is shown below.

The main part of the page is occupied by columns with the headings: Workflow, Version, Group, Running instances, Author, Publication date, Owner, Blocking. 

Available buttons to interact with workflows:

Clicking on the button (1) opens the list of buttons (2).

Available functions for the Workflow Administrator role:

• Launching a workflow
• Stop all running workflow instances
• Pause a workflow
• Special launch of a workflow
• Viewing the workflow diagram in read mode (read more in Preview of the workflow project for the Workflow Administrator role)
• Blocking the launch of new workflow instances
• Add a workflow to the archive
• Edit a workflow
• View instances of a specific workflow (Show instances)
• Add to favorites
• Remove from favorites
