Workflows page

If you select the Workflows page for the Workflow Owner role in the Activities block, the list of workflows available to the user will be displayed.

The main part of the page is taken up by columns labeled Workflow, Version, Group, Running Instances, Author, and Publication date.

Available buttons to interact with workflows:

• Launch the workflow (The Workflow Owner must have access to the group with the workflow he owns)
• Stop all running workflow instances
• Pause a workflow
• Special launch of a workflow
• View the workflow scheme in read mode
• View the instance card of a specific workflow (Show instances) 
• Add to favorites
• Remove from favorites
