Active tab

The Active tab displays a list of uncompleted tasks that are assigned to the Task Executor or the group he is a part of. The main purpose of the tab is to display the list of tasks, so that it is possible to execute tasks, assign oneself as an executor and return to unassigned ones.

Only tasks where the Task Executor himself (1) or the group he is a member of (2) is assigned as the executor are available to the Task Executor.

Available buttons to interact with tasks:

Working with tasks for the Task Executor role:

• If the Task Executor is assigned to a task (1), the Return to unassigned button appears (2). This will remove the Task Executor from step responsibles, and the task will become available to other users in the group.
• If the Task Executor is a member of the group to which the task is assigned, but the Task Executor himself is not assigned to this task (3), the Assign to myself button appears (4). This allows the Executor to personally take responsibility for the task.

Available functions for the Task Executor role:

• Open task
• Return to unassigned
• Postpone
• Assign myself (if it is assigned to a group the user is a member of)
• Run
