Workflow archive page

If you select the Workflow archive page in the Activities block, a list of archived workflows will be displayed.

The Workflow archive table contains the following columns (1) and buttons (2,3):

  1. Workflow – column contains the names of the workflows.
  2. Restore – contains the   button which restores the removed workflow.
  3. Delete – contains the button which deletes the workflow from the archive.

The Workflow column is sortable .

Working with buttons

When you click on the Delete button, a modal window opens with the question

Are you sure you want to permanently delete the process [workflow name]? All instances of this workflow will also be deleted.

When you click on the Restore button, a notification with the text

Workflow restored

will be displayed, and the workflow itself will be displayed in the Workflows tab.

Under the heading Workflow archive the period of workflow storage in the Recycle Bin is displayed.

Above the table with the heading Workflow in the upper right corner there is a search bar for workflows with the text Search.

At the bottom right there is a numbering of pages, on each of which the workflows previously moved to the Workflow archive are stored; the number of strings per page can be displayed.
