The Classifier card is intended for classifier activation, editing and deletion.
The Classifier card is available to the user with the Assistant Administrator role:
The card is always opened in read mode. In this mode all fields are not editable
When any error occurs (on the back or front end) that is not specified separately in the specification (when navigating to a section, opening windows, clicking buttons), the system should display a notification:
Unknown error

The Classifier card is provided below.
The description of the interface elements of the Classifier card is presented in the table below.
Element name | Template/Example | Description |
---|---|---|
Button Return (1) | – | When clicked, the User is returned to the Classifiers page. |
Button Edit (2) | – | The tab is switched to the editing mode as soon as you click on it. For more details, see Classifier in edit mode |
Button Delete (3) | – | Designed to delete a classifier A modal window with a warning is displayed as soon as you click it: Are you sure you want to delete the <Classifier name> classifier? Read more in Creating and deleting a classifier |
Field Classifier name (4) | Example: Demonstration classifier | The name of the classifier specified by the user during creation/editing The name is unique within one tenant |
Field Description (5) | Example: Contains the process of starting an application | Classifier description specified by the user during creation/editing |
Author (6) | Template: <First name Last name>. Example: Konstantinoplesky K. К | Full name of the user by whom the classifier was created/changed |
Classifier group (7) | Example: Classifiers for accounting | Contains the name of the classifier group to which this classifier was added |
Field Date of change (8) | Template: dd <short name of month>. yyyy hh:mm:ss Example: 29 May 2024 22:31:01 hh:mm:ss | Date/time when the classifier was created/changed. |
Field Accuracy (9) | Template: <Precision percentage number>% Example: 20% | Parameter responsible for the correctness (confidence) of text classification by topics above the specified level in %
|
Field Confidence threshold (10) | Template: <Number of percent confidence>% Example: 8.5% | The gap between the topics that were defined in the process of text classification. Setting the threshold of confident classification is necessary to cut off from the array of classified information texts that the system cannot confidently assign to a single heading
|
Field Classification error response (11) | Example: Paraphrase your request |
If the address is recognized below the accuracy threshold, the Assistant will return the error text to the user |
Table Correspondence of topics and types of Assistant's answers(12) | – | Possibility to change the query type and result Table with topics, where the user customizes the type of query (text query/workflow) and specifies the result of the query action Table with the number of rows corresponding to the number of topics in the classifier. Read more in Relevance of topics and types of assistant's answers |
Field untitled Notification about customization of topics | Template: Unconfigured topics: <Number of unconfigured topics> from <Total number of topics in the classifier> Example: Unconfigured themes: 10 out of 19 | Topics where the query result is not specified
Apparently, if at least one theme is not customized |

Button Re-use settings (13) |
| It is possible to use settings in a new or existing classifier (query type/result) from a previously created classifier, provided that the subject names match completely. In this case, the settings in a new or existing classifier from a previously created classifier are replaced |
Button Edit text in the result column (14) |
| Ability to edit text in the result column |
Button Save |
| Possibility to save the classifier settings When the button is clicked, the changes made are saved, the user remains in the classifier card in the read mode |
Button Cancel |
| Possibility to cancel the classifier settings When the button is clicked, the changes made are not saved, the user remains in the classifier card in the reading mode. |
When you hover over the question mark in the Accuracy and Confidence Threshold row, a tooltip will be displayed.
All columns are always displayed on the page.
Column name | Template | Example | Description |
---|---|---|---|
Column Subject | – | Example: Number of vacation days |
|
Column Request type | Available values:
Default value: Text message | – | Displays the type selected for the subject during editing. |
Column Result | – | Example: Photo recognition for an assistant | The text displayed depends on the selection of the query type during editing:
in the reading mode displays the text of the message added by the user during editing. In edit mode, the text input field is displayed, at that:

By clicking the Edit button the Classifier Card is put into the editing mode.
When any error occurs (on the back or front side), which is not specified in the specification separately (when navigating to a section, opening windows, clicking buttons), the system should display a notification:

The appearance of the Classifier card interface in the editing mode differs from the Classifier card in the reading mode.
Elements that allow you to customize/edit the classifier have been added. The Edit button has been removed from the interface, the name of the Activated element has been replaced by Activate. The interface elements that work only in the editing mode are described here.
The appearance of the Classifier card interface in the editing mode differs from the Classifier card in the reading mode.
The main changes of the Card have occurred in the Table of Correspondence of Subjects and Types of Assessor's answers, more details in Appropriateness of topics and types of assistant's answers:
The Save button appears only if the user has made any changes on the page.
The administrator of the assistant is provided with the following options:
The user in the Assistant settings has the ability to customize responses to topics.
To do this, he needs to:
In order to customize the Assistant's replies by topic you need to:
The Matching topics and assistant response types table contains columns Topic, Query Type, and Result.
In the Subjects column the data is loaded from the archive into the Table of Correspondence of subjects and types of assistant's answer and the table is filled with subjects from the loaded archive.
The Request type column displays a dropdown list of Text message and Workflow.
In the Result column, if you select Text message in the request type, there is an option for the user to prescribe a response to the selected subject.
When you select Workflow in the request type user selects a process from the dropdown list for the selected topic, there is also an option to prescribe a response for the selected topic.
By clicking on the Re-use settings button, the user will be presented with a modal window where he can select a classifier with the required settings (query type and result) from the previously created classifier.
The user selects, for example, the Demonstration classifier.
The user clicks on the Select button, the classifier settings are replaced with the settings of the previously created classifier, provided that the names of the topics match completely, where the topics do not match the fields will remain empty.
To save the classifier settings, you should click the Save button.
For example:
3. After the adjustment, the User should click on the Save button and this value will be used by the system to respond to the user.
To do this, the User needs to:
