The Smart Search tab is intended for setting up and using the document database for smart search with the functionality of uploading, editing, updating and deleting files with unstructured information.
The tab contains a table with all uploaded files, regardless of which object group they are in. The Smart search settings do not display uploaded documents if a group is specified.
Smart Search is a skill that enables artificial intelligence to digest, understand, organize, and query selected digital content from multiple data sources. Its main task is to answer users' questions.
It helps to combine all sources of information (internal and external) into a single knowledge base that is easy to navigate and find what you need as quickly as possible.

To enter the Smart Search tab, select the Assistant module (1) in the sidebar of the Home page, click again on the Assistant name to select the Settings page, Smart Search tab.

The Columns dropdown list allows you to select the columns to be displayed in the table from the available columns, with the File column always displayed.
In the columns Document, Date of change the possibility of sorting is provided .
Below the table on the right side there is a page numbering and a dropdown list, by means of which the User can select the number of displayed rows, for example, 50 and after that the vertical scrolling of the page will appear.
