Before authorizing in the system it is necessary to create a user in the system. For this purpose it is necessary to read the "Users" section.

To enter the graphical interface of Access control it is necessary to have appropriate rights, links to Access control in the sidebar for users who do not have such rights are invisible. Access to Access control is available to the User with the role of Access control Administrator.

The first authorization of a user in the ROBIN Web Platform is not performed through the main authorization window, but after following the link received by email, in the window it is necessary to enter and confirm the password invented by the user. If there is a need to change the password, it is changed according to the same scheme.

Log in

To log in, you must:

  1. Go to the link, the relative address of which is: https://<domain name or ip-address of the server>/
  2. Fill in the "Login" and "Password" fields
  3. Click on the "Login" button. Since only one tenant is available in the current release, the system will log in to it by default (more information about tenants in the subsection "General principles of access control").

After successful authorization, the user will be redirected to the main page of the Robin platform

Logout

To log out of your account, click on your username in the top right corner and click "Logout".
