Logs are generated on the machine where ready-made robots are developed and run. Log files help to monitor the work of components and in case of errors quickly find and fix them.

The log panel is located at the bottom of Robin Studio in the "Log" section. The log panel shows the detailed progress of tasks performed by the robot. The log panel looks as follows:

Log includes:

  • Preparation for robot start

  • The start time of the robot

  • The start time of each task

  • The termination time of each task

  • Information about errors that occurred

  • Information about warnings that occurred

  • The robot's termination time

Also in the log panel, you have the option to view the values obtained from the action parameters before the action is started and to view the results obtained after the action has been executed:

When double-clicking on a line in the log panel, the workspace should focus on the action to which the line refers.

When you click on lines that do not refer to actions (for example, a record about switching engines), simply nothing happens.
