RS Release Notes 2.20.3

"Excel" action group  

• Improved "Get row number" action, fixed bug that caused incorrect row count if the first rows were empty  
• Improved "Save" action  
  • Added informative error text for the case when prohibited characters (< > ? [ ] : | *) are found in the file path
  • Fixed an error that caused spaces to be replaced by %20 when saving a file in the root directory of a disk
• Improved "Delete sheet" action, fixed a bug that caused an error to be returned when trying to delete a nonexistent sheet 

"P7-Office" action group  

Actions from the "P7-Office Desktop" subgroup have been finalized, a number of small errors in each action have been fixed, notifications have been added when parameters are filled in incorrectly, parameter names and descriptions have been corrected. Corrections are valid for actions: 

• "Open"
• "Close"
• "Save"
• "Change range format"
• "Change range color" 

"PDF" action group   

• Improved "Page to image" action, improved quality of saved image 

"ROBIN AI" action group  

• Changed the name of the subgroup "NER (ROBIN)", the old name was "Named Entity Retrieval"  
• Changed the name of the subgroup "Classifier (ROBIN)", the old name was "Machine learning"  
• Added new subgroup "Classifier (Preferentum)" for updated versions of related actions:
  
  • "Open classifier" - analog of the action from the Text group, which will continue to be updated
  • "To text" - analog of the action from the Text group, which will continue to be updated
  • "Create index" - analog of the action from the Text group, which will continue to be updated.
  • "Classify text" - a modified version of the action from the Text group, in which the possibility to define correspondence to several classifier indexes has been added.  
• A new subgroup "NER (Preferentum)" has been added for updated versions of relevant actions: 
  • Extract URI 
  • Extract address 
  • Extract date 
  • Extract bank data 
  • Extract named entities 
  • Extract organizations
  • Extract phone numbers
  • Extract cost
  • Extract toponyms
  • Extract transport
  • Extract decree data
  • Extract full names 
• Optimized the operation of group actions and improved the accuracy of entity detection 

"ROBIN OCR" action group

• Improved "Create context with Robin OCR 2" action in the Robin subgroup, fixed a bug that made it impossible to change the API version by specifying the corresponding value in the action parameter 

"Word"  action group

• The “Enter text” action has been improved and the error of inserting text into a protected document has been fixed. Now the text is correctly inserted in the first fragment available for editing after the specified tab
• Improved “Replace text” action, fixed an error in editing a protected document that could result in deleting a table with text inside it. Now it does not cause unnecessary changes in the document.

"Base actions" action group

• Finalized .net version of the “For” action, fixed a bug that caused the action not to work with some combinations of parameter values.

"Vision" action group  

• Improved "Read barcode from PDF" action, fixed a number of errors related to recognizing several barcodes of different types. Now the action can recognize barcodes if there are other objects (text, tables, pictures) in the image besides the barcode. 

"Office" action group    

• Improved "Open" and "Save" actions from the "Spreadsheets" subgroup, fixed an error that caused merged cells to be separated and hidden sheets to stop being hidden after saving a file. 

"Mail" action group  

• Improved “Get message” action, fixed an error that caused incorrect processing of mails by date if the "Ending with date" parameter was not specified

"Sber services" action group    

A new group for interaction with Sber services has been added. 

• A new subgroup “Authorization” has been added. The actions of the group are intended for authorization in various Sber services (the list will be expanded in the future): 
  
  • Added “Authorize in GigaChat” action, which allows connecting to the GigaChat service using a token
• Added “Gigachat” subgroup for actions of working with Sber's GPT service 
  • “Send request to GigaChat” allows you to perform a text request to a large language model 

"Yandex services" action group    

A new group for interaction with Yandex services has been added

• A new subgroup “Yandex Disk” has been added. Actions of the group are intended for working with files on Yandex.Disk: 
  
  • “Connect to Yandex Disk” allows you to authorize in Yandex via api and get context for the work of other actions of the group 
  • “Upload the file” allows you to upload a local file to the Yandex cloud 
  • "Download the file" allows you to download a file from Yandex cloud and save locally 
  • “Delete the file” allows you to delete a file in the cloud

• A new subgroup “YandexGPT” has been added. The actions of the group are designed to work with the GPT service from Yandex: 
  
  • “Authorize in YandexGPT” allows you to connect to the GPT service using OAuth token. 
  • “Send a request to YandexGPT” to the “YandexGPT” subgroup, which allows you to perform a text request to the large language model 

"Text" action group 

• Improved "Extract full names" action from "NER" subgroup, changed result format, now the data sequence is Surname First Name Patronymic, instead of First Name Patronymic Surname

"File system" action group    

• Improved “Get parent folder” action, corrected format of the action result
• Improved “Read text file” action, fixed an error that blocked work with the file.
