Description

The action returns the information (Sender, Addressees, Recipients of the copy, Time of the receipt, Subject, Body) about the downloaded email.

Parameters

Input parameters

Letter - the path to the downloaded email file. The file must have the .msg extension.

Output parameters

Sender - the sender of the letter. 

Addressees - addressees of the letter. 

Recipients of the copy - Recipients of a copy of the letter. 

Time of receipt - the time of the receipt of the letter. 

Subject - the subject of the letter. 

Body - the text that is contained in the body of the letter.

Особые условия использования

• Получить информацию можно только одного письма, путь к которому был указан.
• Действие может работать только с файлами расширения .msg.
• Результатом действия будет 6 параметров: Отправитель, Адресаты, Получатели копии, Время получения, Тема, Тело.
• Если получатели копии отсутствуют, то значение параметра "Получатели копии" будет пустая коллекция.
• Если тема или тело письма отсутствует, то значение параметра "Тема" или "Тело" будет пустая строка.
• Вложения письма действие не возвращает. Для этого есть действие "Сохранить вложения".

Получить информацию о скачанном письме

Реализация

Скачать письмо можно с помощью действия "Сохранить письма" или вручную.

• Пользователю необходимо ввести путь к файлу с письмом.
• Получить информацию можно только одного письма, путь к которому был указан.
• Действие может работать только с файлами расширения .msg.
• Результатом действия будет 6 параметров: Отправитель, Адресаты, Получатели копии, Время получения, Тема, Тело.
• Если получатели копии отсутствуют, то значение параметра "Получатели копии" будет пустая коллекция.
• Если тема или тело письма отсутствует, то значение параметра "Тема" или "Тело" будет пустая строка.
• Вложения письма действие не возвращает. Для этого есть действие "Сохранить вложения".

Решение

Действие возвращает информацию о скачанном письме, которое сохраняется в виде файла с расширением .msg. (Отправитель, Адресаты, Получатели копии, Время получения, Тема письма, Текст письма).

Предусловие: На устройство скачано письмо outlook с расширением .msg

1. Установить на рабочую область действие "Get information about saved email".

2. Корректно заполнить параметры. "Письмо" - указать путь к скачанному письму.

3. Запустить робота.

Special conditions of use

• Only one email whose path has been specified can be retrieved.
• The action can only work with files of extension .msg.
• The result of the action will be 6 parameters: Sender, Addressees, Recipients of the copy, Time of the receipt, Subject, Body
• If there are no recipients of the copy, the "Recipients of the copy" parameter will be an empty collection. 
• If there are no subject or body of the letter, the "Subject" or "Body" parameters will be an empty string. 
• The action does not return attachments of the letter. To do that use the "Save attachments" action.

Task

Get information about saved email. 

Implementation

You can download an email using the "Save email" action or manually. 

• The user needs to enter the path to the email file.
• You can only retrieve the information of one email whose path was entered.
• The action can only work with files of extension .msg.
• The result of the action will be 6 parameters: Sender, Addressees, Recipients of the copy, Time of the receipt, Subject, Body.
• If there are no recipients of the copy, the "Recipients of the copy" parameter will be an empty collection.
• If there are no subject or body of the letter, the "Subject" or "Body" parameters will be an empty string.
• The action does not return attachments of the letter. To do that use the "Save attachments" action.

Solution

The action returns the information about the saved email in the form of a file of the extension .msg. (Sender, Addressees, Recipients of the copy, Time of the receipt, Subject, Body.) 

Precondition: an outlook email with the .msg extension has been downloaded to the device.

1. Set the "Get information about saved email" action to workflow.

2. Set the parameters correctly. In the "Letter" parameter set the path to the saved email.

3. Run the robot. 

Result

The action returned 6 parameters with the information letter. Действие вернуло 6 параметров с информацией о письме.
