Each workflow name has a link associated with it, by clicking on which the user is taken to Workflow Scheme Editor with the selected workflow.

  1. Table fields are set up by ticking the checkbox.
  2. The user in the columns setting removes the check mark of the columns that should be hidden or displayed. The user clicks the Apply button.

  6. You can uncheck all selected columns except the main one.

Published version (6)

  • The version of the linked published workflow is displayed
  • The version contains a link to the linked published workflow, clicking on which takes the user to the page where the published workflow is viewed in read mode
  • If the version of the linked published workflow has been deleted, the link is removed and the version is displayed with a crossed out line, when hovered over, a pop-up line is displayed with the text:
    "The published version of the workflow has been deleted."
  •  If the version of the linked published workflow has been moved to the Deletedsection, the link is removed and the version is displayed with a crossed out line, a popup line is displayed when hovering over it with the text:
    "The published version of the workflow has been moved to the Deleted section."
  • If a workflow has been created, the New status is displayed until it is published
