When using the Enterprise version of the ROBIN platform, Studio and Player log messages are collected and analyzed centrally to prepare consolidated reports. Filebeat, a lightweight log delivery tool, is used to collect log data from the platform installed on the workstation. The idea is to monitor and collect log messages from log files and forward them to elasticsearch or logstash for indexing. The delivery tool is supplied as a part of the Enterprise version of the platform, and in case of absence of Filebeat installed on the workstation, the platform installation wizard will remind you about it during the installation process.

Filedbeat installation process:

1. Filebeat service installation files are located in the %Userprofile%/AppData/Local/Programs/Robin Platform/2.0.0/Utils/FilebeatInstaller directory. Open the specified directory on the workstation. To start the Filebeat service installation, double-click the SetupFilebeatService.exe.

2. In the window that opens, select the language and click the [Ok] button.

3. In the next window, you must specify the address and port of the Logstash server that is a part of the Orchestrator. The address and port of the specified server must be provided by the experts responsible for deploying the Orchestrator in the company's loop. After entering the server address and port, click the [Next] button.

4. All ready to install, click the [Install] button.

5. Wait for termination of service installation.

6. Complete the installation of the Filebeat service by clicking the [Finish] button.
