The menu is called up with the 
button in the top panel of ROBIN Studio
After clicking on the menu icon, a drop-down form will appear (see screenshot below).
You can navigate from this form to the list of robots to open one of the existing robot schemes, access the program settings, and perform actions: "Refresh cache", "Import actions" and "Export actions".
