Custom notification settings page

Improvements:

Added new notification types for Process administrator and Process owner roles:

• Custom process notifications - allows you to receive notifications for workflow tasks that have a specific employee assigned as the executor.
• Group notifications by process - allows you to receive notifications by workflow tasks, the execution of which is assigned to a group of users.

Process builder

Improvements:

• The project debugging launch window has been optimized in the Process builder. Added the ability to save parameter values as well as the selected host and account for future launches. This will allow to perform debugging process more conveniently without having to fill in fields manually every time.
• Added tooltips to the icons on the "My projects" page:
  • "Published" - if the project has been copied to "My projects"
  • "Not published" - if the project has been created and is under development.

Fixes:

In the debug logs of a workflow project, the task type is now displayed according to the set interface language. Previously it was displayed only in English.

Activities

Improvements:

• A user with the Task executor role has access to viewing tasks of his group and assigning execution to himself.
• When viewing a task where the user is not the executor, a corresponding information message is added.
• The "All tasks" tab has been renamed to "Active".
• In the special launch window of a published process, it is now possible to save not only the parameter values but also the host with the account.
• For the Process administrator in the instance row containing the execution result, the possibility to view it has been added (the "Result" button is next to the "Logs" button).
• Tables have been adjusted:
  • On the "Processes" page, the "Notifications" column has been hidden
  • On the "Instances" page, a column with the process version has been added; a task number has been added to the task name of the "Screen form" type.

Fixes:

When working with a custom task, removed the function to close the screen form when clicking outside of it. You can close the screen form only by clicking on the cross.

Assistant

Improvements:

• Added a new Dialogs section. The functionality is presented in tabular form and allows you to save the history of user questions and bot answers in the Assistant chat.
• A text field for the result to the "Process" query type has been added to the Assistant settings. The information entered in this field will be displayed to the user before the process launch window in the Assistant chat.

Design improvements

The design of the main menu has been updated, as well as the colors of the left and top panels of the Process builder and Screen forms editor

Улучшения:

1. В разделе настроек уведомлений добавлены новые типы уведомлений для ролей Администратор процессов и Владелец процессов:
   
   • Пользовательские уведомления по процессам - позволяют получать уведомления по задачам процессов, у которых в качестве исполнителя назначен конкретный сотрудник.
   • Групповые уведомления по процессам – предназначены для отслеживания уведомлений по задачам процессов, исполнение которых назначено на группу пользователей.
2. В Конструкторе процессов оптимизировано окно запуска отладки проекта. Добавлена возможность сохранять значения параметров, а также выбранной машины и УЗ для последующих запусков. Это позволит более удобно выполнять процесс отладки без необходимости каждый раз заполнять поля вручную.
   А в окне специального запуска опубликованного процесса в Активностях теперь можно сохранить не только значения параметров, но и машину с УЗ.
3. Доработан модуль Активности:
   
   • Пользователю с ролью Исполнитель задач предоставлен доступ к просмотру задач его группы, а также назначение исполнения на себя.
   • При просмотре задачи, исполнителем которой пользователь не является, добавлено соответствующее информационное сообщение.
   • Вкладка «Все задачи» переименована в «Активные».
   • Для Администратора процессов в строке экземпляра, содержащего  результат выполнения, добавлена возможность его просмотра (кнопка «Результат» находится рядом с кнопкой «Логи»).
   • Скорректированы таблицы:
     • На странице «Процессы» скрыта колонка «Уведомления»
     • На странице «Экземпляры» добавлена колонка с версией процесса; в название задачи типа «Экранная форма» добавлен номер задачи
4. Доработан модуль Ассистент:
   
   • Добавлен новый раздел Диалоги.
   • Функционал представлен в табличном виде и позволяет сохранять историю вопросов пользователей и ответов бота в чате Ассистента.
   • В настройках Ассистента добавлено текстовое поле для результата к типу запроса «Процесс». Информация, введенная в этом поле, будет отображаться у пользователя перед окном запуска процесса в чате Ассистента.
5. Обновлен дизайн главного меню, а также цвета левой и верхней панелей Конструктора процессов и Редактора экранных форм.
6. На странице «Мои проекты» добавлены тултипы к иконкам:
   
   • «Опубликован» - если проект скопирован в «Мои проекты»
   • «Не опубликован» - если проект создан и находится на стадии разработки.
