Example 1. Copy to Drafts button

When copying a workflow on the Published page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:

  1. The workflow designer goes into the Workflow Constructor and selects Published.
  2. A list of available published workflows is displayed.
  3. The workflow designer clicks the Copy to Drafts button in the action menu, which is in the row with the published workflow.
  4. The workflow designer receives a notification at the bottom right with the text “A copy of the [Workflow name] workflow has been successfully added to your project list.

  5. A previously published workflow is added to the Drafts section.

Example 2. Delete button

When you delete a workflow on the Published page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:

  1. The workflow designer goes into the Workflow Constructor and selects Published.
  2. A list of available published workflows is displayed.
  3. The workflow designer clicks the Delete button in the action menu, which is located in the row with the published workflow.
  4. A modal window is displayed to the workflow designer with the text “Are you sure you want to delete the [Workflow Name] workflow?”.

  5. A notification is displayed to the workflow designer at the bottom right with the text “[Version number] version of the [Workflow Name] workflow has been successfully moved to Deleted”.
  6. A published workflow is added to the Deleted section.
