Example 1. Copy to Drafts button
When copying a workflow on the Published page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:
- The workflow designer goes into the Workflow Constructor and selects Published.
- A list of available published workflows is displayed.
- The workflow designer clicks the Copy to Drafts button in the action menu, which is in the row with the published workflow.
The workflow designer receives a notification at the bottom right with the text “A copy of the [Workflow name] workflow has been successfully added to your project list.
- A previously published workflow is added to the Drafts section.
Example 2. Delete button
When you delete a workflow on the Published page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:
- The workflow designer goes into the Workflow Constructor and selects Published.
- A list of available published workflows is displayed.
- The workflow designer clicks the Delete button in the action menu, which is located in the row with the published workflow.
A modal window is displayed to the workflow designer with the text “Are you sure you want to delete the [Workflow Name] workflow?”.
- A notification is displayed to the workflow designer at the bottom right with the text “[Version number] version of the [Workflow Name] workflow has been successfully moved to Deleted”.
- A published workflow is added to the Deleted section.
