Workflows page
If you select the Workflows page in the Activities block, the list of published workflows available for the user to work with will be displayed. (Examples how to work with the workflow in section Examples of using action menu buttons).
The Workflows page (1) is displayed below.

The page numbering (6) is located at the bottom right, each of which stores previously created workflows; the number of strings per page can be displayed.
The Workflows table contains the following columns:

3. | Group | Group for workflow execution (the group in which the workflow is located) |
4. | Workflow instances in progress | Number of workflow instances running |
5. | Author | Author's name of the published version of the workflow |
6. | Date of publication | Date of publication of the active workflow version |
7. | Owner | The column displays the name of the workflow owner The owner is defined by the workflow Administrator when:

8. | Block | Contains a checkbox to block the selected workflow |
9. | Action menu (5) | Contains the main and additional action menu buttons. More details in the table Description of action menu buttons |
Description of action menu buttons
Depending on the user's role, the action menu may look different:
- Workflow Owner - more in section Workflows page for the Workflow Owner role
- Workflow Administrator - more in section Workflows page for the Workflow administrator role

5. | Archive | When you click on the Archive button, a modal window opens with the possibility to confirm or cancel the transfer of the active workflow version to the Workflow Archive |
6. | Special launch | The button is used to specifically start the workflow where you need to select the number of instances, machine, and an account The button appears only if there is a Robot block in the workflow |
7. | Edit | Clicking the Edit button opens a modal window with a selection of available workflow versions |
8. | Add to Favorites | When you click the Add to Favorites button, a modal window opens with an option to add the workflow to the Favorite Workflows section |
9. | Remove from Favorites | When you click the Remove from Favorites button, the workflow is removed from the Favorite Workflows section The button Remove from favorites appears if the selected workflow was previously added to the Favorite Workflows section. |

1. The Launch workflow button
- Clicking on the Launch workflow button starts an instance of the workflow of the active version
- If the workflow has input data, a modal window opens when you click on it to enter this data. When the workflow is launched, the [workflow instance Workflow name launched] notification is displayed

When you click on the Terminate workflow button, a modal window opens asking

By clicking on the Yes, terminate button all running instances of a particular workflow are stopped, the Terminate button of the stopped workflow becomes inactive.
3. The Show instances button
When you click on the Show instances button, you will be taken to the page with the list of instances of the selected workflow (See more in section - Workflow instance card). The page will display all instances of the selected workflow that have been started.
Each string displays one running instance of the workflow that is in the current stage.
4. The Archive button
Clicking on the Archive button opens a modal window with the question

When the Confirm button is clicked, the modal window is closed, the workflow version is removed from the workflow table on the Workflows page and moved to the Workflow Archive page.
5. The Special launch button
When you click on the Special launch button, a modal window opens where you need to select the number of instances, machine and an account (1).
If the workflow has input data, it must also be entered (2).
6. The Edit button
When you click the Edit button, the Workflow settings modal window opens, where the Version is displayed.
When you select a version, a dropdown list with all published versions of the workflow is displayed.
7. The Add to Favorites button
When you click on the Add to Favorites button, the Add to Favorites modal window appears, where you can set a convenient name for the selected workflow - this is how it will be displayed in the Favorite Workflows section. The name can be changed later (See more in section - Favorite workflows module).
