Tasks page

The Tasks page is divided into two windows: Active and Completed. The Active page displays a list of outstanding tasks available for the Workflow Owner role that are assigned to all users in a group or groups. The main purpose of the page is to display the list of tasks available for the Workflow Owner role so that you can track the completion of tasks. The Completed page displays completed tasks.

A user with the Workflow Owner role has access to completed tasks within the workflows of which the user is the owner.
