Workflow Instance Card page

You can access the Workflow instance card page in two ways:

On the right is the Action menu (6) with buttons for interacting with workflow instances.

The workflow instance card contains the following columns:

No.Column nameColumn assignment
1.No.Displays the numeric number of the Workflow Instance
2.Status 

Displays the current status of the workflow instance:

  • Error - the workflow has terminated due to an error in a step
  • Paused - the workflow is paused
  • Pause - the workflow is paused.
  • Stopped manually - the workflow was stopped by one of the users.
  • Running - the workflow is currently running.
  • Completed - the workflow has been successfully completed
3.Version
The version number of the workflow is displayed
4. 

<Variable name>

(the number of columns is equal to the number of created variables)

If at least one variable exists in the workflow, the value of the variable at the current workflow step is displayed
5.Task Contains the current Workflow Instance Task, which can be opened by clicking on the task number
6.Step responsibleThe name of the person who launched the workflow or the host on which the workflow was launched is displayed
7.LaunchedDisplays the date and time of the launch of the Workflow Instance
8.ExecutedDisplays the date and time the Workflow Instance was executed
9.Action menu (6)

Contains action menu buttons for interacting with workflow Instances

The action menu buttons are similar to the buttons on the Instances page (see table Description of action menu buttons for details)
