The header Dialogs is located along the upper right edge. The dialogs search bar is located on the right edge parallel to the title.

The description of the interface elements of the Dialogs page is presented in the table below.

Search field (1)

  • The search is performed by the first characters entered. The search bar contains the text Search
  • The search is performed by user, skill, user text and bot text
  • The case is not taken into account
  • The search by part of the phrase is available: the entered text can be in any part of the value in the columns of the Dialogs table

Clicking on it opens the Export modal window

Dropdown list

Columns (3)

A filter to customize the columns that should be displayed in the Dialogs table:

  • available values in the dropdown list - names of all table columns
    column that cannot be disabled in the list - User.

There is an Apply button in the dropdown list. It applies everything that is selected. Clicking the button confirms the selection made, the list closes, and columns appear/hide in the table.

The Cancel button does not apply the current changes. The table will be displayed in the previously applied variant.

Visible if at least one chat result is added to the table.

Export button

The Export button is located below the Dialogs header. 

Clicking the Export button opens the Export modal window:

  • If you click on the field, the widget (3) with date and time selection is displayed and contains:

    • Calendar to select the day of the month

    • Buttons for selecting hours, minutes and seconds

    • Now - when pressed, the current date-time is set, the widget closes
    • Ok - click to set the selected date-time, the widget closes
  • The earliest value corresponds to the date when the first record was added to the Dialogs table
  • The user cannot select a date earlier than the date of adding the first record to the Dialogs table
  • The start date of the period cannot be later than the end date

  • Information export end date

  • The default value is the current date

  • When you click on the field, a widget with date and time selection is displayed and contains:

    • Year and month selection buttons

    • Ok - when clicked, the selected date-time is set, the widget closes.


  • The last value corresponds to the current date
  • User cannot select a date later than the current date
  • The end date of the period cannot be earlier than the start date

  • When you click on the Export button, the explorer opens and a zip folder containing a csv file with the chat history of the selected period is uploaded. Below you can see History file in .csv format
  • The Export modal window closes, the user remains on the Dialogs page
