ROBIN Studio

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that sometimes occurred when trying to publish a robot project in the studio.
• Fixed bug with determining account activity to start the robot (if the account is inactive, the server tries to start an rdp connection).

ROBIN Orchestrator

• Fixed a style bug when displaying the message queue interface.

ROBIN Agent

• Stabilized reconnection of agent to the orchestrator when connection is lost.
