Working with the quick action bar

When working with the quick action bar, the following typical sequence of operations is provided:

1. The workflow designer has placed an element on the screen form in one of the Columns blocks.
2. The workflow designer clicks the "Back" button Image Added
3. There is a reversion to a state one step back.
4. The workflow designer clicks on the "Redo" button Image Added
5. The return to the previous state is canceled.
6. The workflow designer selects an element with the cursor and clicks on the "Duplicate" buttonImage Added
7. An identical copy is placed at the bottom of the selected element.
8. The workflow designer selects the element with the cursor and clicks the "Delete" buttonImage Added
9. The element is deleted from the screen form.
10. The workflow designer clicks the "Clear" button Image Added
11. A modal window is displayed asking "Are you sure you want to clear the screen form?".

12. The workflow designer clicks the "Confirm" button.

13. All elements of the screen form are deleted.

Example 2. Working with the screen form control panel

The following typical sequence of operations is used when working with the screen form control panel:

1. The workflow designer placed an element on the screen form.
2. The workflow designer clicked the "View" button to preview the finished screen form.
3. The preview form opens.

4. The workflow designer closed the preview form.
5. The workflow designer clicked the "Edit" button to edit the screen form.
6. The workflow designer made adjustments and clicked the "Edit" button.

7. The workflow designer received a notification at the bottom right with the text "The screen form has been successfully updated".

8. The workflow designer clicked the "Publish" button to publish the completed screen form.
9. The workflow designer clicked the "Publish" button.

10. The workflow designer received a notification at the bottom right with the text "Screen form [Screen form name] has been successfully published with version [Version number]".

11. The workflow designer clicked on the "Close" button.
12. The workflow designer was presented with a modal window asking "Are you sure you want to close the screen form?".

13. The workflow designer clicks the "Confirm" button.
14. The editor tab is closed and the "My screen forms" tab is opened. The form to be created is automatically saved

При работе с панелью быстрых действий предусмотрена следующая типовая последовательность операций:

1. Дизайнер процесса разместил на экранной форме элемент в одном из блоков «Колонки».
2. Дизайнер процесса нажимает кнопку «Назад»Image Removed
3. Происходит возврат к состоянию на шаг назад.
4. Дизайнер процесса нажимает на кнопку «Вперед»Image Removed
5. Происходит  отмена возврата к предыдущему состоянию.
6. Дизайнер процесса выделяет элемент при помощи указателя мыши и нажимает кнопку «ДублироватьImage Removed
7. размещается снизу выбранного элемента идентичная копия;
8. Дизайнер процесса выделяет элемент при помощи указателя мыши и нажимает кнопку «Удалить»Image Removed
9. Удаляется элемент с экранной формы.
10. Дизайнер процесса нажимает кнопку «Очистить»;Image Removed
11. Отображается модальное окно с вопросом «Вы действительно хотите очистить экранную форму?».

12. Дизайнер процесса нажимает кнопку «Подтвердить».
13. Удаляются все элементы экранной формы.

Пример 2. Работа с панелью управления экранной формой

При работе с панелью управления экранной формой предусмотрена следующая типовая последовательность операций:

1. Дизайнер процесса разместил элемент на экранной форме.
2. Дизайнер процесса нажал на кнопку «Посмотреть» для предпросмотра готовой экранной формы.
3. Открылась форма предпросмотра.

4. Дизайнер процесса закрыл форму предпросмотра.
5. Дизайнер процесса нажал на кнопку «Редактировать» для редактирования экранной формы.
6. Дизайнер процесса внес корректировки и нажал кнопку «Редактировать».

7. Дизайнеру процесса отобразилось снизу справа уведомление с текстом «Экранная форма успешно обновлена».

8. Дизайнер процесса нажал на кнопку «Опубликовать» для публикации готовой экранной формы.
9. Дизайнер процесса нажал кнопку «Опубликовать».

10. Дизайнеру процесса отобразилось снизу справа уведомление с текстом «Экранная форма [Наименование экранной формы] успешно опубликована с версией [Номер версии]».

11. Дизайнер процесса нажал на кнопку «Закрыть»;
12. Дизайнеру процесса отобразилось модальное окно с вопросом «Вы действительно хотите закрыть экранную форму?».

13. Дизайнер процесса нажал кнопку «Подтвердить».
14. Вкладка редактора закрывается и открывается вкладка «Мои экранные формы». Создаваемая форма при этом автоматически сохраняется.
