1. | Launch workflow | Button starts a workflow instance |
2 | Terminate workflow | Button stops all instances of the workflow If the workflow has no running Instances, the button is not available |
3. | Show instances | If you click the Show instances button, you will be taken to the Workflow Instances card (the page with the list of instances of the selected workflow). For more details on the workflow Instances card, see section Workflow instance card |
4. | Additional | When clicking the button additional buttons (depending on the user's role) are opened to interact with the workflow |
5. | Archive | When you click on the Archive button, a modal window opens with the possibility to confirm or cancel the transfer of the active workflow version to the Workflow Archive |
6. | Special launch | The button is used to specifically start the workflow where you need to select the number of instances, machine, and an account The button appears only if there is a Robot block in the workflow |
7. | Edit | Clicking the Edit button opens a modal window with a selection of available workflow versions |
8. | Add to Favorites | When you click the Add to Favorites button, a modal window opens with an option to add the workflow to the Favorite Workflows section |

When you click on the Show instances button, you will be taken to the page with the list of instances of the selected workflow (See more in section - Workflow instance card). The page will display all instances of the selected workflow that have been started.

When you click on the Add to Favorites button, the Add to Favorites modal window appears, where you can set a convenient name for the selected workflow - this is how it will be displayed in the Favorite Workflows section. The name can be changed later (See more in section - Favorite workflows module).
