Favorite workflows module
The Favorite workflows module provides users with instant access to frequently used workflows and their instances, minimizing routine searches in common lists. Users have the ability to quickly open the workflow and workflow instance card they need.
The Favorite workflows module appears in the side menu when a user adds a workflow to their favorites (see Workflows page) provided they have not added them before.
Selecting the Favorite workflows module (1) displays a list of the names of the added workflows (2). Clicking on one of the workflows opens the workflow Instances card (3) (more details in Workflow Instance Card page).
When you hover over the names of workflows, a gray marker appears.
You can select and enter the workflow Instance card page by clicking on the selected workflow. The name of the selected workflow is highlighted and the marker changes color to red 
.
The Favorite workflows module is available for the roles Workflow Owner and Workflow Administrator. Depending on the role, different functions will be available to the User:
