"Screen form constructor" module

The application is designed for creating custom forms.

The Screen form constructor module is located in the side menu on the left side of the page.

If you click on "Screen form constructor" in the side menu, the names of 3 pages are displayed - "My screen forms", "Published screen forms", "Deleted screen forms".

When you hover over the page names, a gray marker appears.

Selecting and entering pages is done by clicking on the selected page. The name of the selected page is highlighted and the marker changes color to red.

The functionality of the "Screen form constructor" module includes:

• creating a screen form
• viewing the list of all screen forms
• editing a screen form
• publish a screen form
• deleting a screen form
• restoring a screen form
