On the Tasks page (1), the Active tab (2) displays a list of outstanding tasks that are assigned to all users in the group or groups. The main purpose of the page is to display the list of tasks so that you can track the completion of tasks.

The main part of the page is occupied by columns (3) with the headings No., Task, Workflow, Priority, Responsible, Group, Created, Assigned, Deadline.

The system automatically tracks the deadlines of tasks and highlights those that have expired:

  • Tasks with an overdue deadline are marked in red:

  • The color persists until the deadline is updated or the task is completed

The Columns dropdown list allows you to select the columns to be displayed in the table from the available columns, with the Task column always displayed.

Above the table with the heading Active, in the upper right corner, there is a search bar for tasks with the text Search (4)

At the bottom right there is a numbering of pages (6), each of which stores previously created tasks; the number of rows per page can be displayed.

On the right side of the table there is an Action menu (5) with buttons for interacting with tasks.
