Editing a document

To edit a document:

1. The user must previously perform a document upload.

2. If for some reason it is necessary to update or edit the document, the User selects the uploaded document in the table and clicks the Edit button on the row. 

3. The Document parameters modal window opens. The title of the Document parameters modal window displays the name of the uploaded file.

The user selects the document file in the table and clicks the Edit button on the row. Only one file can be uploaded or updated in the modal window.

4. The Document parameters modal window opens. The purpose of its fields coincides with the fields of the Document upload modal window. The only difference is the name of the Save button. Functionally, both buttons have the same purpose, they memorize the entered data.

5. The user selects a document file to upload the update, the explorer displays pdf, doc, docx. files, fills in the Description field.

6. Next the user save changes by clicking on Save button

7. The system displays a notification:

The file <File name.file format> is in the workflow of uploading.
After checking the file will be added to the Smart Search section.

If the name and format are not unique, a notification is displayed when the user tries to save changes:

File upload error
A file with the specified name already exists

In this case, the user needs to change the file name and upload it again.
