There are several types of tasks that software robots can only perform when there is an active graphics session (i.e., not in the background):

If the robots are launched on execution machines remotely via the ROBIN Management Console (RMC) application, there will be no problems with such tasks, as the graphical RDP session will be raised there. However, if for some reason you plan to launch robots outside the RMC (manually or according to a local schedule) on a remote machine, and you do not plan to leave the RDP connection window open, you must switch the current RDP session to console mode.

In console mode, the graphical session remains active, but the RDP connection is closed and does not interfere with the user.
