1. You can create a classifier by clicking the Create classifier button on the Classifiers page.
2. The Create classifier modal window is displayed, the interface of which allows you to load a new archive (index) with the classifier topics.
3. When naming the uploaded classifier, the System checks the name of the classifier for uniqueness.
Only one archive with documents can be uploaded to the modal window Creating a classifier.
The description of the interface elements of the modal window Creating a classifier is shown in the figure and the table below:
Element name | Template/example | Description |
---|---|---|
Field (1) Name | Example: Classifier of TS requests | Unique classifier name |
untitled Loading unit (2) | Example: Contains the workflow for launching an application |
Selects an archive with a folder that contains a customized index with topics (the name of the folder with the index will be the name of the archive itself), the archive can be dragged or loaded via explorer, no more than one archive can be attached Default value: Select an archive or move here. |

4. The user selects the archive to be downloaded in the explorer, fills in the Description field and clicks the Save button.
5. The system checks whether all fields are mandatory, whether the classifier name is unique (compares it with existing classifiers in the tenant), whether the file has been added to the download area.
6. If the results of all checks are positive, the modal window Create classifier is closed and the new classifier is added to the system in the table of classifiers.
7. The user is redirected to the card of the created classifier, which is in the reading mode – Classifier card operation in reading and editing modes
Changes are not saved, the Create classifier modal window closes and the User returns to the Classifiers tab if:
3. The user selects an archive for downloading in the explorer, fills in the Description field.
4. If an archive not exceeding the maximum size is added to the download area, the next step is performed.
5. If the user is sure that he wants to create a classifier, he clicks on the Save button and proceeds to the next step.
6. The system checks for this:
7. The Create classifier modal window closes, the new classifier is added to the table of classifiers (see Classifiers tab) .
8. The user is redirected to the Card of the created classifier, which is in read mode, the script ends here. More details can be found here: Classifier card operation in reading and editing modes
9. If the System detects at least one discrepancy during the check, the modal window closes, the changes are not saved, the user remains on the Classifiers tab, and the script is terminated.
