Classifier card - reading mode

The Classifier card is intended for classifier activation, editing and deletion.

The Classifier card is available to the user with the Assistant Administrator role:

  • The card is always opened in read mode. In this mode all fields are not editable

  • When any error occurs (on the back or front end) that is not specified separately in the specification (when navigating to a section, opening windows, clicking buttons), the system should display a notification:

    Unknown error

    Contact the administrator

The Classifier card is provided below.

  • The subject specified when creating the classifier.
  • It is loaded from the archive, the value is not editable.

Column

Request type

Available values:

  • Text message
  • Workflow

Default value:

Text message

Displays the type selected for the subject during editing.

Column

Result

Example:

Photo recognition for an assistant

The text displayed depends on the selection of the query type during editing:

  1. If the request type is Text message, then:

in the reading mode displays the text of the message added by the user during editing.

In edit mode, the text input field is displayed, at that:

    • if the field has a value, the button to clear the whole field appears in the field
    • the input field is expandable
    • if the text value reaches 2 lines, a scroll element is added to the field
    • default size: 2 lines
    • maximum number of characters - 10000.
  1. If the request type is Workflow, the following are displayed:

    in read mode -

      • Name of the workflow selected for launching
      • Text of the message added by the user during editing

in edit mode -

    1. A field with a dropdown list, whereby:
      • the dropdown list includes all user-accessible workflows published outside of groups
      • one workflow can be selected
      • it is possible to search for a workflow by entering text in the field
      • search by part of the workflow name is available: the entered text can be in any part of the workflow name
      • case insensitive
      • when adding a workflow to the field, the selected workflow is displayed with a check mark in the dropdown list.
    2. Text input field, whereby:
      • if the field has a value, the button to clear the whole field appears in the field.

      • default size: 2 lines
      • maximum number of characters - 10000.
      • if the value in the workflow selection field is changed, the text field is cleared.

Classifier card - edit mode

By clicking the Edit button the Classifier Card is put into the editing mode.

When any error occurs (on the back or front side), which is not specified in the specification separately (when navigating to a section, opening windows, clicking buttons), the system should display a notification:

The appearance of the Classifier card interface in the editing mode differs from the Classifier card in the reading mode.

Elements that allow you to customize/edit the classifier have been added. The Edit button has been removed from the interface, the name of the Activated element has been replaced by Activate. The interface elements that work only in the editing mode are described here.

The appearance of the Classifier card interface in the editing mode differs from the Classifier card in the reading mode.

The main changes of the Card have occurred in the Table of Correspondence of Subjects and Types of Assessor's answers, more details in Appropriateness of topics and types of assistant's answers:

  • the Re-use settings button (14) has been added to the top right of the Matching topics and types of assistant's answers table.
  • the Save (16) and Cancel (17) buttons have been added at the bottom of the table.
  • a checkbox has been added in the Query Type column that allows selecting the Workflow or Text message query (18).
  • in the Result column of the Workflow request type there is a checkbox that allows selecting a result variant from the dropdown list.
  • an edit icon (15) has appeared in the Result column of the Text message request type.

The Save button appears only if the user has made any changes on the page.

The administrator of the assistant is provided with the following options:

Customizing Assistant Replies

The user in the Assistant settings has the ability to customize responses to topics.

To do this, he needs to:

  1. Authorize in ROBIN Process.
  2. Select to log in to the Assistant section.
  3. Open the Settings page, Classifier tab.
  4. Enter the Classifier Card, Edit mode, Assistants' Subjects and Response Types Correspondence table

In order to customize the Assistant's replies by topic you need to:

  1. In the row with the desired topic, first select either Text message or Workflow in the Query Type column.
  2. If the user selects Workflow in the Request Type column, a field with a dropdown list of published workflows of all versions appears in the Result column.
  3. The user can enter a partial workflow name in the dropdown list and the user will be presented with match-filtered workflows, after which the user can select the desired workflow.
  4. If the user has selected a workflow and it needs to be changed, the user can clear the field and select another workflow.
  5. If Text message is selected in the Response Type column, a text box appears in the Result column where the user can write a response of up to 500 characters.
  6. After the user has entered the corrections, they must click the Save button for the changes to be accepted.

For example:

The Matching topics and assistant response types table contains columns Topic, Query Type, and Result.

In the Subjects column the data is loaded from the archive into the Table of Correspondence of subjects and types of assistant's answer and the table is filled with subjects from the loaded archive.

The Request type column displays a dropdown list of Text message and Workflow.

In the Result column, if you select Text message in the request type, there is an option for the user to prescribe a response to the selected subject.

When you select Workflow in the request type user selects a process from the dropdown list for the selected topic, there is also an option to prescribe a response for the selected topic.

Re-use settings

By clicking on the Re-use settings button, the user will be presented with a modal window where he can select a classifier with the required settings (query type and result) from the previously created classifier.

The user selects, for example, the Demonstration classifier.

The user clicks on the Select button, the classifier settings are replaced with the settings of the previously created classifier, provided that the names of the topics match completely, where the topics do not match the fields will remain empty.

To save the classifier settings, you should click the Save button.

Customizing the response when a classification error occurs

  1. The user selects the editing mode (1) in the Classification error response field.
  2. The user in the Classification error response field (2) must specify the text of the message that will be sent to the user in case of unrecognized request.

       For example:

3. After the adjustment, the User should click on the Save button and this value will be used by the system to respond to the user.

Setting the classification accuracy threshold

To do this, the User needs to:

  • in the Classification accuracy threshold field set a number with the accuracy to the nearest tenth from 0.0 to 100%.
  • click the Save button and this value will be used when sending a request for classification of an appeal and, accordingly, when classifying an appeal.
  • Нет меток
