Workflow Instance Card page
You can access the Workflow instance card page in two ways:
- From the Workflows page by clicking on the Show instances button in the action menu of the selected workflow.
- From the menu in the Favorite workflows module (if the card has been added to Favorites)
The workflow instance card displays all instances of the selected workflow (provided it has been launched at least once).
The workflow instance card is shown below.
The Back button is displayed on the top left. Clicking the button will return the user to the Workflows page to the list of all workflows.
Below (1), the name of the workflow whose instance was opened by the user and the custom workflow name that the user set when adding the workflow to Favorite workflows are displayed.
The name of the tab can be changed by clicking on :
If the user has not added a workflow to favorites, only the workflow name will be displayed.
From the instance card it is possible to launch a workflow using the button (2), in which case a notification appears:
The workflow [Workflow name] instance is launched.
A new row is added to the table with information about the started instance.
The Added to Favorites button (3) appears when the user has added a workflow to favorites, when the button (3) is clicked, the workflow instance card disappears from the Favorite workflows module.
If the user has not added a workflow to favorites or has removed it, the button will look like this:
The main part of the page is occupied by columns (4) with the headings No., Status, Version, <Variable name>, Step, Step responsible, Launched, Executed.
If there is at least one variable in the workflow, a column with the name of this variable (5) is added, which displays the value of the variable at the current step of the workflow.
On the right is the Action menu (6) with buttons for interacting with workflow instances.
The workflow instance card contains the following columns:

2. | Status | Displays the current status of the workflow instance:

3. | Version | The version number of the workflow is displayed |
4. | <Variable name> (the number of columns is equal to the number of created variables) | If at least one variable exists in the workflow, the value of the variable at the current workflow step is displayed |
5. | Task | Contains the current Workflow Instance Task, which can be opened by clicking on the task number |
6. | Step responsible | The name of the person who launched the workflow or the host on which the workflow was launched is displayed |
7. | Launched | Displays the date and time of the launch of the Workflow Instance |
8. | Executed | Displays the date and time the Workflow Instance was executed |
9. | Action menu (6) | Contains action menu buttons for interacting with workflow Instances The action menu buttons are similar to the buttons on the Instances page (see table Description of action menu buttons for details) |
If the user has never launched a workflow, the instance table will be missing and the table will be replaced by an inscription:
