General improvements

  1. Improved service for receiving notifications from server to client in real time (frontend establishes only one WebSocket connection to the server to receive all notifications from all platform components).
  2. Added support for SSL certificates for the notification service.
  3. Developed a separate widget, which is embedded on customer portals/sites and allows to use the Assistant's chat functions without entering a separate interface. In the current implementation it is available to address only the skills of intelligent search, queries are formed within one chat, there is a function of skill reselection. In this release the widget is available only for authorized users.
  4. Role adjustments have been made.
    New roles have been added:
  • Catalog Administrator - has full access to the Catalogs section;
  • Catalog User - has access to view the list of directories, and view and create directory entries;
  • Assistant Administrator - has full access to the Assistant section;
  • Assistant User - only the Assistant chat is available.
  • Accordingly, to be able to work with the chat, it is now necessary to have the role of an administrator or an assistant user.

          The Chatbot Designer role has been removed.
       5. Transmission of parameter value of Password type in encrypted form is implemented.

Known issues

The value of the parameter type Password, filled in via the toolkit, is stored in the scheme in an open form (i.e. unencrypted).

Workflow Constructor module

Improvements

The Wait for all option has been added to the block settings panel for the Execution conditions parameter. If it is selected, the block waits for the execution of all guides included in it.

Activities module

Improvements

When you start a new workflow instance, it now appears in the instance list without having to refresh the page.

Assistant module

Improvements

  1. Implemented a separate Assistant service that interacts with other services and functionally performs identical functions as in the CA 1.8 release.
  2. The Settings section has been updated:
  • The activation/deactivation mechanism for classifiers has been changed. Now all loaded and configured (mandatory condition) classifiers are displayed in the chat skills list;
  • In the table with the list of classifiers new fields Author, Classifier Group, Date of change have been added.

      3. The Chat section has been updated.

  • Each new request is now opened in a separate chat. Only one workflow can be started within one chat. After receiving a reply to a request, the chat is blocked.
  • When creating a new query, the user is provided with a list of skills according to his access rights. A skill is either a classifier or a group of smart search documents. Within one chat it is possible to choose one skill, to which will be addressed.
  • The chat list is updated automatically. When a new message is received, the corresponding label appears in the chat.
  • For convenient work with tasks, a filter by requests is implemented (active requests - displays tasks by workflows launched by the user; overdue tasks - displays tasks with expired due date; tasks by other people's requests - allows you to see tasks assigned to a user as a result of workflows launched by other employees).
  • If an employee's task has been reassigned to another executor, a corresponding message appears in the chat, the screen form becomes unavailable for execution and disappears from the chat after the page is refreshed.
  • Search for chats by name has been added.

      4. Added prohibition to delete, move to Archive and switch the active version of a workflow if it is used in the Assistant settings (selected as a feedback workflow and/or specified in the classifier subject).

Known issues

When you start the feedback process, the screen form appears in tasks for other people's requests.


Access Control module

Improvements

  1. Two new tabs have been added to the Object groups section:
  • Classifiers - contains a list of classifier groups;
  • Smart search - here you can find groups of documents of smart search. If a group does not contain any document, it is not displayed in the list of skills for selection in the Assistant chat.

A classifier and a smart search document can only be in one group at a time. If a classifier is not allocated to a group, it is not displayed in the skills list.

The access to these groups is configured through the user group card, as well as when creating a classifier/loading a smart search document.
