If several projects are open and one of them is started for execution, the tabs of the other projects become inactive until the scenario ends:
you cannot switch to other projects.
you cannot close other projects.
Also, the button in the form of a cross on the tab of the launched project will be blocked during its execution. To close a project, you must first interrupt its work, after which the button will become active again.
