The "My screen forms" page displays a list of screen forms that the user under the "Workflow designer" role is working on.
The main part of the "My screen forms" page is occupied by a table containing a list of all screen forms that the workflow designer is working on, the "Version" column, the "Modified" column, and the "Create screen form" button.
Each row is highlighted when selected.


Search bar

In the upper right corner is the search bar for screen forms.

The search is performed by the first entered characters. The search string contains the text you are searching for.

Working with the "My screen forms" list

"Create a screen form" button


When you click on the "Create screen form" button, the "Create screen form" modal window opens. It contains:

When creating a new screen form, it is necessary to specify its name

Used to create a new screen form or to publish an existing one
If the switch is enabled, the field for entering the name of a new screen form appears

To confirm the creation of a new screen form

When you click on the "Create screen form" button, the uniqueness of the selected form name is checked.

If a screen form with this name does not exist, the selected (empty) screen form will be displayed in the "My screen forms" tab. 

If a screen form with this name already exists, a notification pops up in the lower right corner with fail-safe diagnostics about the existence of a SF  with this name, and a new SF is not created.

Screen form list tables

The description of the contents of the screen forms list table is presented in the form of a table:

"Screen form" column

 

Contains the name of the screen form.

By clicking on the name of the screen form in the table, you will be passed to the " Screen form editor"

"Version" column

 

Displays the version number of the screen form, including for expanded lines

If the user created the screen form for the first time, it will be saved under version 1. If the user wants to edit a ready screen form and will not change its name, the version will be changed under version 2, with the same name and edits made.

"Modified" column -

 

Displays the time when the workflow screen was last modified


Sorting

The columns can be sorted.

Using the "Columns" dropdown list, it is possible to select the columns displayed in the table from the available ones, while the "Screen form" column is always displayed.

Action menu

On the right side of the table on each row is the action menu, which contains the following buttons:

The "Cancel" and "Delete" buttons are used to cancel the mode of deleting a new screen form or confirm the deletion.
