The Classifiers tab is intended for user's work with classifiers in chat with functionality of loading (activation), editing and deleting classifiers with topics.
The Classifiers tab is available to the user with the role of Workflow Administrator.
The Classifiers tab allows to use the following features of the Assistant:
- view available classifiers
- activate the desired classifier
- create a new classifier and delete an existing one
By default, the Classifiers tab is active when you open the Settings section.
On the Classifiers tab:
- the table with the list of created classifiers is displayed
- a classifier can belong to only one classifier group of the Object groups subsection in the Access control section
- a classifier that has not been allocated to any classifier group cannot be used in the Assistant chat
- a classifier is added using the Create classifier modal window opened by clicking the Create classifier button
- each classifier name in the table contains a link, clicking on which opens the Classifier card in the reading mode
- the classifier name within one tenant must be unique
- only one archive with documents can be loaded in the modal window Creating a classifier
- if there are no classifiers created in the tab, a message is displayed in place of the table:
Here you can view and customize classifiers
Start with adding a classifier
when any error occurs (on the back or front side) that is not specified separately in the specification (when navigating to a section, opening windows, clicking buttons), the system should display a notification:

Dropdown list Columns (3) |
See, if at least one classifier has been created | |
Table with classifiers (4) |
| Objects in the table are arranged by modification date - the most recently modified classifiers are added on top Visible if at least one classifier has been created Maximum length is not limited by field size (~58 characters) Characters that do not fit in the field size are hidden by an ellipsis A tooltip with hidden text is displayed when the cursor is hovered over it If the text does not fit in the tooltip, a scroll is added to the tooltip Classifiers in the table are arranged alphabetically |
The main part of the tab is occupied by the Classifiers table.
The button Create classifier (2) is located on the top left above the table. Clicking on it opens a modal window for the user to download the classifier from his computer.
The Columns dropdown list (3) allows selecting the columns to be displayed in the table from the available columns, while the Classifier column is always displayed.
In the dropdown list there is the Apply button, which applies everything that is selected. Clicking on the button confirms the selection made, the list closes, and the columns appear/hide in the table. If you click aside, the changes will not be applied.
The Cancel button does not apply the current changes. The table will be displayed in the previously applied variant.
The Columns block, by means of which the user selects columns in the Classifiers table, is shown below.

One thing to consider is that:
- the maximum length of the classifier name is not limited by the field size (~58 characters)
- characters that do not fit into the field size are hidden by an ellipsis
- a pop-up window with hidden text is displayed when the cursor is hovered over it
- if the text does not fit into the pop-up window, it can be viewed in full by scrolling
- classifiers in the table are arranged by the date of change - the last changed classifiers are added at the top
When you put the cursor over the classifier name in the table in the Classifier column, tooltips appear that show the full name of the classifier.
If you click on the Delete button for an inactive classifier, a modal window with a question will be displayed:
Are you sure you want to delete the classifier [Classifier name]?
When you confirm the deletion, a notification with the text will be displayed at the bottom right:
Classifier [Classifier name] has been deleted.
If you click the Delete button for the active classifier, a modal window with a question will be displayed:
Are you sure you want to delete the [Classifier name] classifier?
When you confirm the deletion, a notification with text will be displayed at the bottom right:
"You cannot delete an active classifier".
Below the table on the right side there is a page numbering and a dropdown list (13), by means of which the User can select the number of displayed rows, there is also a possibility of vertical scrolling of the page.
