Uploading a document

1. The user clicks the Upload document button. 

2. The Upload document modal window opens. The user selects a file to upload - the explorer displays pdf, doc, docx files,
fills in the Description field and selects a group of documents from the list.

3. The user selects a file to download, an explorer window opens, displaying pdf, doc, docx files.

4. The file is selected and its name is displayed in the download block.

5. User fills in the Description field and selects the document group from the available documents in the list.

6. The user clicks the Upload button. 

7. If the name and format are not unique, a notification is displayed when user tries to save changes.:

File upload error
A file with the specified name already exists

In this case, the user needs to change the file name and upload it again.

8. If the name and format are unique, the system displays a notification in the bell located in the upper right corner:

File <File name.file format> is in the workflow of uploading.
After verification, the file will be added to the Smart Search section

9. The document file is added to the table and used by Smart Search only after validation.

The Smart Search tab displays the uploaded file after validation.
