Example 1. "Edit" button

Workflow Administrator in the "Classifier" tab:

  1. Clicks on the "Edit" button.
  2. This displays the fields that can be edited.
  3.  Activated the classifier with the checkbox.
  4. Edited the name of the classifier, by default the name of the archive is set in the "Classifier name" field.
  5. Filled in the "Description" field.
  6.  Entered a number for the "Accuracy" field from 0 to 100%.
  7.  Entered a number for the "Confidence threshold" field from 0 to 100%.

  8. In the "Classification error response" field spell out the text of the message that will be sent to the user in case of an unrecognized reference.
  9. Clicks on the "Reuse settings" button.
  10. A modal window with a dropdown list of previously created qualifiers is displayed.
  11. Selects a qualifier and clicks the "Select" button.
  12. Applied the settings to the settings of the previously created classifier.
  13. In the "Matching topics and assistant response types" table, in the row with the desired topic, the Workflow Administrator selects "Text message" from the dropdown list in the "Request type" column.
  14. A text box appears in the Result column where the Workflow Administrator can write a response up to 100,000 characters long.
  15. In the "Matching topics and assistant response types" table, in the row with the desired topic, the Workflow Administrator selects "Workflow" from the dropdown list in the "Request Type" column.
  16. In the Result column in the selected row, a field appears with a dropdown list of published workflows and a description text box.
  17. Can enter a partial workflow name in the dropdown list and it will be given match-filtered workflows.
  18. He enters the corrections and clicks on the "Save" button.
  19. Automatically goes to the "Classifier" tab and a notification with the text at the bottom right is displayed to him: [Classifier settings [Classifier name] are saved.

Example 2. "Delete" button when the classifier is inactive

The Workflow Administrator in the "Classifier" tab:

  1. Clicks on the "Delete" button

  2. A modal window is displayed asking "Are you sure you want to delete the [Classifier name] classifier?"
  3. Clicks on the "Delete" button. A notification with the text: "Classifier [Classifier name] is deleted." will be displayed at the bottom right.
  4. Returns to the "Classifiers" page, the deleted classifier disappears from the table.

Example 3. "Delete" button when a classifier is active

Workflow Administrator is in the "Classifier" tab:

  1.  Clicks on the "Delete" button.

  2. A modal window is displayed asking "Are you sure you want to delete the [Classifier name] classifier?"
  3. Clicks on the "Delete" button. A notification will be displayed at the bottom right with the text: "You cannot delete an active classifier.".
