Example 1. View "Active".

The following steps are performed:

  1. In the "Active" window, in the row with the selected task, the workflow administrator clicks the "Open" button or clicks on the Task name.
  2. The task opens in a modal window. The page displays a header with the name of the task, fields with data that are used within this Task.
  3. The administrator clicks on "x" to close the log window and returns to the "Active" table.


Example 2. "Edit" button

The following operations are performed:

  1. In the "All tasks" window, in the row with the selected task, the workflow administrator clicks the "Open" button or clicks on the task name.
  2. In the modal window, the "Task parameters" are opened.
  3. The administrator selects the priority and executor selection.
  4. The administrator clicks on the "Edit" button and goes to the "Active" window.


Example 3. "Postpone" button

The following operations are performed:

  1. In the "Active" window, in the row with the selected Task, the workflow administrator clicks the "Postpone" button.
  2. In the modal window, the due date must be changed.
  3. The workflow administrator selects the date and specifies the reason for changing the deadline.
  4. The workflow administrator clicks the confirm button.
  5. The due date is changed.


Example 4. Opening a completed Task

The following steps are performed:

  1. The workflow administrator displays the Tasks page.
  2. The workflow administrator selects the Finished tab.
  3. Returns a list of completed tasks that the workflow administrator has completed.
  4. The workflow administrator selects the task to open from the list.
  5. The workflow administrator clicks the Open button.
  6. The workflow administrator opens the interface of the selected task with the context of the workflow instance within which the task was created. For example, if the workflow owner worked with the form data entry task, the following form is possible.
