Assistant module

Improvements

In this release, the main major changes are to the Assistant module.

  1. The side menu has a new Settings section with three tabs:
  • Classifiers - all work on creating and configuring classifiers is now done here
  • Smart search - a new mode of the Assistant chat is implemented. In this case the answer to the user's request is searched among the documents uploaded in this section Supported formats: pdf, doc, docx. In the table with the list of files the buttons for updating and deleting the file are available. After the document is successfully uploaded, a corresponding notification appears in the bell. Switching of operation modes (using classifier or smart search) is done by the user himself before sending a request. The menu with the choice of modes is located in the left part of the text input line (icon with three dots). The response is given only in the form of a text message
  • Feedback - added functionality of process customization for processing feedback from users. In the dropdown list for selecting a process, the processes that have only two text startup parameters are displayed. One parameter receives the user's request and the other receives the bot's response. Once a process is configured and marked active, a Feedback button appears on text messages from the bot
    When trying to send a process selected in the feedback settings to the Archive, a check is performed - if there are running instances or it is marked as Active, a system warning is generated and it is not moved to the Archive.

       2. The Dialogs table has been finalized.

  • Added the ability to export the table as a *csv file, pre-archived in zip
    When the export button is clicked, the current date is set by default
  • The name of the Classifier column has been renamed to Ability
    It now displays the name of the current classifier or the Smart Search mode
  • A new column Feedback has been added
    For each request the feedback sign is displayed in Yes/No format

      3. Added support for paging and infinite scrolling of message history in Assistant chat.

Screen Form Editor module

Improvements

  1. After publishing SF on the page of the graphical editor, added automatic transition to the section Published SF.
  2. In the directory selection window when creating SF, now only directories with structure are displayed.
