Example 1. View button "Active"

The following steps are performed:

  1. In the "Active" window, in the row with the selected task, the executor clicks the "Open" button or clicks on the task name.
  2. The task opens in a modal window. The page displays the title with the name of the task, fields with data used within this task.
  3. The executor by clicking on "x" closes the log window and returns to the "Active" table.


Example 2. The "Return to unassigned" button

The following steps are performed:

  1. In the "Active" window, in the row with the selected task, the executor clicks the "Return to unassigned" button.
  2. A notification with the text "Are you sure you want to return the task [Task name] to unassigned?" is displayed in the modal window.
  3. The executor clicks the confirm button.
  4. The task is reassigned to the executor.


Example 3. "Postpone" button

The following steps are performed:

  1. In the "Active" window, in the row with the selected task, the executor clicks the "Postpone" button.
  2. In the modal window you should change the due date.
  3. The executor selects the date and specifies the reason for changing the deadline.
  4. The executor clicks the "Confirm" button.
  5. The deadline is changed.

Example 4. Opening a completed Task

The following steps are performed:

  1. The executor is presented with the Tasks page.
  2. The executor selects the "Finished" tab.
  3. Returns a list of completed tasks that the executor has completed.
  4. The executor selects the task to be opened from the list.
  5. The executor clicks the "Open" button.
  6. The executor opens the interface of the selected task with the context of the workflow instance within which the task was created. For example, if the executor worked with the task of questionnaire data entry, the following form is possible.
