"Assistant" module

Improvements

  1. The Assistant module for the Workflow Administrator role has been finalized.

It now includes three sections:

    • Chat - provides the ability to communicate with the bot
    • Dialogs - allows you to collect the history of user requests and chatbot responses
    • Classifiers - a new section that provides a list of classifiers and their parameters. The classifier card supports the possibility of individual customization, as well as re-use of settings from another classifier
  1. Added the ability to display a screen form to the user in the Assistant chat:
    • Processing of the results of its execution (and transfer to the next workflow steps if necessary) is supported
    • Real-time SF status update is implemented (e.g. when a workflow instance is paused/unpaused, when the workflow itself is stopped, when a task is completed).
  2. The mechanism of assigning an Executor to a user task has been finalized:
    • In the Workflow Constructor on the graphical editor page, when adding the "Screen Form" block to the diagram, the "Initiator" field in the "Executor" field is selected by default. This means that the new task will be automatically assigned to the user who will be the initiator of launching the Workflow instance (for example, to the employee who launched the workflow from the Assistant chat)
    • In the custom task editing window, it is now impossible to clear the "Executor" field if no user group is specified in the task. In this case, you can only reassign it to another employee

"Workflow constructor" module

Improvements

  1. The Workflow Constructor module has been improved:
    • When debugging a workflow project, it is now possible to configure the host and the protection device for each robot separately. In this case, the selected host and protection device is prioritized in the debugging launch parameters window
    • Transfer of the Table type parameter between workflow steps (from robot to screen form and vice versa) has been implemented
  2. Added the ability to open a published screen form/workflow in view mode:
    • For an SF, this is supported in the block settings panel when selecting it from the list and in the "Published screen forms" section by clicking on the title
    • A workflow is opened in view mode by clicking on the name in the "Published workflows" section

"Activities" module

Improvements

  1. Improved "Activities" module:
    • In the Workflows section, added the ability to open a published workflow in view mode by clicking on its name
    • The page with the list of workflow instances now shows instances of all versions of the workflow, not just the one selected in the default settings
    • System performance has been improved. The speed of loading pages and performing other operations is now faster

Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where when debugging a workflow project, the animation of the running block was not displayed in real time.
  2. Fixed an error during user authorization if the login contained a capital letter.
