Example of use

Task

Save the data on messages to a "Table" type variable.

Solution

Use the "Terminate", "Run", "Select message", "Read and save" actions.

Implementation

Assemble a robot scheme with the actions.
Set the "Terminate" action parameters (if Outlook is already running, the second instance won't open).
Set the "Run" action parameters.
Set the "Select message" action parameters.
Set the "Read and save" action parameter.
Click "Start" in the top panel.

Result

The information about the selected messages is saved to a "Table" type variable.
