Example 1. Working with the quick action bar

When working with the quick action bar, the following typical sequence of operations is provided:

  1. The workflow designer has placed an element on the screen form in one of the Columns blocks.
  2. The workflow designer clicks the "Back" button 
  3. There is a reversion to a state one step back.
  4. The workflow designer clicks on the "Redo" button 
  5. The return to the previous state is canceled.
  6. The workflow designer selects an element with the cursor and clicks on the "Duplicate" button
  7. An identical copy is placed at the bottom of the selected element.
  8. The workflow designer selects the element with the cursor and clicks the "Delete" button
  9. The element is deleted from the screen form.
  10. The workflow designer clicks the "Clear" button 
  11. A modal window is displayed asking "Are you sure you want to clear the screen form?".
  12. The workflow designer clicks the "Confirm" button.

  13. All elements of the screen form are deleted.

Example 2. Working with the screen form control panel

The following typical sequence of operations is used when working with the screen form control panel:


  1. The workflow designer placed an element on the screen form.
  2. The workflow designer clicked the "View" button to preview the finished screen form.
  3. The preview form opens.
  4. The workflow designer closed the preview form.
  5. The workflow designer clicked the "Edit" button to edit the screen form.
  6. The workflow designer made adjustments and clicked the "Edit" button.
  7. The workflow designer received a notification at the bottom right with the text "The screen form has been successfully updated".
  8. The workflow designer clicked the "Publish" button to publish the completed screen form.
  9. The workflow designer clicked the "Publish" button.
  10. The workflow designer received a notification at the bottom right with the text "Screen form [Screen form name] has been successfully published with version [Version number]".
  11. The workflow designer clicked on the "Close" button.
  12. The workflow designer was presented with a modal window asking "Are you sure you want to close the screen form?".
  13. The workflow designer clicks the "Confirm" button.
  14. The editor tab is closed and the "My screen forms" tab is opened. The form to be created is automatically saved.
