Example 1. "Copy to "My screen forms"" button

When copying a screen form on the "Published screen forms" page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:

  1. The workflow designer goes to the "Screen forms constructor" section and selects "Published screen forms".
  2. A list of available published screen forms is displayed.
  3. The workflow designer clicks the "Copy to "My screen forms" button in the action menu, which is located in the row with the published screen form.
  4. The workflow designer is shown a notification at the bottom right with the text "Screen form [Form name] has been successfully added to My screen forms".

  5. A previously published screen form is added to the "My screen forms" section.

Example 2. "Delete" button

When you delete a screen form on the "Published screen forms" page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:

  1. The workflow designer goes to the "Screen forms constructor" section and selects "Published screen forms".
  2. A list of available published screen forms is displayed.
  3. The workflow designer clicks the "Delete" button in the action menu, which is located in the row with the published screen form.
  4. The workflow designer is presented with a modal window with the text "Are you sure you want to delete the [Screen form name] screen form?".
  5. A notification is displayed to the workflow designer at the bottom right with the text "The screen form is now in "Deleted screen forms"".
  6. A published screen form is added to the "Deleted screen forms" section.

Example 3. "Create a screen form" button

When you create a screen form on the "Published screen forms" page, the following typical sequence of operations is performed:

  1. The workflow designer accesses the "Screen forms constructor" section and selects "Published screen forms".
  2. A list of available published screen forms is displayed.
  3. The workflow designer clicks on the "Create a screen form" button.
  4. The "Create a screen form" modal window is displayed.
  5. The workflow designer makes sure to fill in the "Screen form name" field and, if necessary, the "Description" field.
  6. The workflow designer clicks on the "Create" button.
  7. The screen form is created and moved to the "My screen forms" page.
